Who we are:
The SCAN came into being in 1998, after a friendly discussion engineered by late Chief Oluropo Oluyeba discovered a common ground where the lot of the elderly in our society can be improved The Association was registered with the corporate affairs Commission on 28th Dec 2006 with the registration No CAC/IT/22699 The Association is non political and non religious, neither an NGO nor a pressure group for any tribe,religion or a surrogate of any labour movement or right group.
